We are partnering up with Too Haute Sauna again to host another Wiggle+ Reset event for the whole family to enjoy together!
Kids can enjoy bouncing on the bouncy house , jumping on trampolines, playing with toys and more! While adults can sign up for sauna sessions to relax and unwind.
Parents can take turns using the sauna or leave your kids with our trusted coach who will keep them moving and entertained while you relax in the heat.
This time around the event will be 2.5 hours long and have 30 minute sauna sessions!
You will also have the option to purchase baked goods from a local small business, The Bread Pedaler 😋

For those using the sauna: Please bring a change of athletic clothes or a bathing suit to be worn in the sauna. You can change in our bathroom or curtained off changing area before your session begins and after it has completed.

Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final. There will be no refunds for any missed or canceled events. In the rare occurrence where MidCoast Family Fitness needs to cancel a event there will be no refunds, but we will do our best to have a makeup date available.
MidCoast Family Fitness has one waiver that all participants in classes, birthday parties, events, and activities must sign. Waivers only need to be signed one time and are applied to all present and future events.
