MidCoast Family Fitness is designed for the whole family to get fit and have fun together. Our facility is perfect for those parents who struggle to find time for exercise due to their busy schedules. We offer a solution by allowing parents, grandparents and caregivers to bring their kids along, where they can join you in your fitness classes, be worn in a carrier or they can play with our toys next to the class.*

It's a win-win for the whole family!

*MidCoast Family Fitness does NOT have a daycare. It is the responsibility of the parents/caregiver to ensure their child's safety.

Classes

Everyday Workout- Exercises to strengthen muscles used in everyday movements as a parent, grandparent, and other caregivers

Yoga, Barre, & Pilates- Focus on strength, core stability, and mindfulness throughout your exercises

Deep Core Connection- Learn about your deep core and exercises to gain strength and stability

Strength for Birth & Beyond- Prenatal Fitness class that focuses on gaining and maintaining strength and preparing you for birth

Starting in January will are also offering 4-week sessions that include a quick 20 minute workout followed by 40 minutes of open gym play with your kids!

Birthday Parties

Meet the Owner

Hello! My name is Brianna Rogers and I am so excited to be a part of your fitness journey! I started my fitness career after having three kids and not knowing how to safely exercise during my pregnancies. My doctors were not able to give me as much detail as I wanted so I decided to fill in the gap by becoming a certified personal trainer. From there I have received certifications in both Prenatal and Postnatal fitness. I decided to start this business as a way to share my knowledge, while still being able to spend time with my family doing something I love. My hope is that families will find  MidCoast Family Fitness as a place where they can do the same.

In addition to being a personal trainer I also serve in the Air National Guard and enjoy reading a good book and spending time outdoors.
