Make your child’s birthday memorable with a fun-filled celebration at MidCoast Family Fitness! Our 2-hour parties are perfect for kids ages 0-12, with space for up to 15 children. The party includes plenty of playtime in the gym, complete with a bouncy house, trampoline, and more and time for cake and presents. You can arrive early to set up decorations and bring your own food and drinks to create a personalized experience for your little one. After the party, simply throw away the trash and remove decorations, and we'll take care of the rest. Request a party time now for an unforgettable celebration.
Birthday Parties have a nonrefundable deposit of $160 upon acceptance of requested time. Cancellations will not be required to make the remainder of the payment or will be refunded if necessary.
MidCoast Family Fitness has one waiver that all participants in classes, birthday parties, events, and activities must sign. Waivers only need to be signed one time and are applied to all present and future events.

FAQ
Are tables and chairs provided?
Yes, we provide 2 eight foot long tables with 16 chairs for guest to eat at. We also provide a smaller table to set up refreshments.
Is there a way to play music during our party?
Yes, we provide Bluetooth speakers for you to play music on.
Are we able to bring a pinata?
Yes, we have a pull-up bar next to the bouncy house guests can hang the pinata from. We just ask that all pieces from the pinata are picked up before leaving.
Do babies (not walking) count toward the kid count?
No, babies do not count toward the total kid count.
How do I know when I can arrive to setup for the party?
Setup times are confirmed on the non-refundable deposit & remaining balance invoice details.
How long do I have to clean up after the party ends?
We ask guests to have their party cleaned up 15-30 minutes afterwards. More time may be allotted depending on circumstances.
Are trash bags provided for clean up?
Yes, we provide 3 kitchen sized trash cans with extra bags if needed.
How do I know if my payment was received?
Confirmation of payment for the non-refundable deposit is made by sending a new invoice for the remaining balance due the day of party. If you do not receive a new invoice 2-3 business days after payment is made please reach out to us at midcoastfamilyfitness@gmail.com

Party Rules
No shoes on gym floor. Socks are required. Non-slip/grip socks are recommended.
Use of dumbbells, weights, resistance bands etc is prohibited
No going under trampolines
No going on top of bouncy house when inflated
Food and Drink must stay at tables
Your children are your responsibility.
