Personalized Programs
Programs are designed for beginner- intermediate strength training levels
After signing up expect an email including documents to fill out. These documents help us narrow your fitness goals and fitness level. Once documents are returned and any other questions answered payment will be due.
After payment, you can expect your first program within 1-3 business days. Programs are made to last 4 weeks. Programs include explanations and/or YouTube videos of each exercise. Once first program is complete an email with your next program will be sent!
Also includes unlimited emails to answer any relevant fitness questions and weekly/bi-weekly email check ins. A 30 min Zoom or in-person meeting can be scheduled for $40 extra, to go over exercises/answer any questions.
